Three-Flavor Eclair Cake
No-bake. delicious layered Eclair Cake with 3 flavors .
- vanilla, chocolate and caramel / dulce de leche
9x13 inch pan
Ingredients:
1 liter milk 3%1 cup semolina1 tablespoon cornstarch1 packet vanilla pudding (not instant)1 egg100 gr sugar1 packet of vanilla sugar220 Butter1½ Tbs chocolate spread (like Nutella)180 g vanilla biscuits70 g chocolate biscuits½ can of caramel spread / dulce de leche cup chopped nuts or slivered almonds, lightly toasted
